We picked this spot final minute & I'm and then glad! Nosotros stayed 2 nights and had to move spots since we were late to the party, only it worked out peachy! We got to see two different areas of the upper level, and we loved them both. Overall, the park feels very cozy, tucked snug between trees and against the dells. Due to COVID protocols, I didn't go to meet whatsoever of the office staff in person, but I spoke to on the phone was very prissy and helpful. The bathrooms by the role were amazing (granite countertops even) and super make clean. The wifi is very good (no streaming), and stable, as is Verizon reception. Indeed the park is gravel, so I could see how dust - or potentially mud during monsoon season - but nosotros didn't have either, and the roads and site markers were big enough for our course A + tow'd. There are tons of walking/hiking areas in the dells and to the lake. Dogs + humans loved it! It's almost a 20 infinitesimal drive to downtown Prescott.

The entry was a little scary since it is on a decorated 2 lane with a suicide center lane which is as well on a hill and curve. Take it slow and you should be ok. Information technology is a dirt road and we heard many RV lesser out, so equally I said, take it slow. Dirt was a common theme in this park equally there was no concrete patios and just dirt roads. Everything needed to be washed when we left, simply there was no point on doing information technology there. But, had many trees throughout and the rock formations were nice as was the hiking. At that place was a small lake to hike to and while we were there, there was a festival in the park by the lake. When at that place is an upshot, this park will be full. Our site was suppose to exist a premium site, just by their own definition, it was not. They did comp u.s.a. the differences. It was difficult to situate our 27' trailer and we were unable to employ our awning. Sewer hook ups were difficult if there is more than one hose. Shopping, restaurants, etc required a good drive. We were having bug with our Dometic refrigerator, so we had to expedition to the store every day. Finding service in this area to fix this problem was difficult. Dometic needs to address this, just that's another review. Prescott is a great place to take a suspension from the heat of the valley, but a week stay in this city is plenty. There was no club house, small laundry room and the restrooms were not always locked. The laundry room and restrooms/baths were clean. We felt the amenities were non equal to the expense and will probably look for other options when nosotros return to Prescott. A meliorate price would make information technology more attractive.

Comfy place to stay, very friendly management, spaces are quite level so easy to setup, No Boob tube connectedness, established trees and shrubs, nigh town and services. We have stayed hither for a number of years in a row and seem to stay longer each yr. Good place to stay.
